1. General

By placing an order with Ordeya, you agree to the terms laid out in this Billing Terms & Conditions policy, as well as our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these billing terms at any time, so please review them before making a purchase.

2. Secure Payment Processing

We take your security seriously. All payments processed through Ordeya are guaranteed secure. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

  • SSL Encryption: We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal and financial information during transmission.

  • PCI Compliance: Our store is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, ensuring the highest standards of payment security.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide variety of payment methods to ensure a seamless checkout experience. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

However, it does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ordeya reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. If an order is cancelled by us after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method immediately.

5. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and state laws.

6. Billing Information Accuracy

To ensure your order is processed without delay, please ensure that your billing name, address, and phone number match the information on file with your credit card or payment provider. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing or cancellation of your order.

7. Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@ordeya.com. We process orders quickly (within 1 to 2 business days as stated in our Shipping Policy), so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

8. Refunds and Returns

All refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues regarding billing or unauthorized charges. Unjustified chargebacks or disputes may result in the user being banned from future purchases at Ordeya.
