Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. For more details on our shipping zones, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take to get my order? We know you are excited to receive your order!

  • Processing Time: We process orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6-8 business days.

  • Total Time: You can expect your package within 7-10 business days.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order? We work fast to get orders out! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at info@ordeya.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, you must email us at info@ordeya.com. Important: Please do not send your purchase back to our business address in Miami. When your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) as well as digital wallets like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
